- Take grated boiled potatoes in a bowl and add all ingredients in it. Knead it well..

- Now take maida in a bowl and add arraroot, red chilli powder & salt. Add water and make ghol by adding water..
- Dip potatoes finger in maida ghol and then coat them with sev bhujia..
- Now keep sev bhujia coated fingers in fridge for 30 minutes..
- After 30 minutes, heat oil in a pan and deep fry fingers on low flame. Crunchy Potato Fingers are ready to serve with Green Chutney..
